The Grief Recovery Method
With Kassandra Settles, MSW, LSW
The Grief Recovery Method is the only evidence-based grief recovery program. It is an action-based approach to healing from life’s deepest heartbreaks. They offer online support and a directory of in-person specialists. Local social worker Kassandra Settles is a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist providing Grief Support Groups and One-on-One Grief Support.

Center for Loss & Life Transition
The Center for Loss & Life Transition is an organization for individuals experiencing grief and loss. Founded by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, a respected author and educator in the field of bereavement, the center offers a wide range of services for adults, families, and communities navigating through the grieving process.
