What is the Mental Health & Recovery Services Board?
According to Ohio Law, the Board is responsible for seeing that public mental health and
alcohol/drug recovery services are available to the residents of Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan,
Muskingum, Noble & Perry Counties. The Board of Directors is make up of 18 local voluteer citizens
who are appointed by either the County Commisioners, the Ohio Department of Mental Health, or the Ohio
Department of Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services.
